If the 10kg block is moving then there must be kinetic friction between the surface and the block.

If coefficient of friction of lower block wrt ground is taken 0.1 then lower block will always be static and will never move. As lower block limiting friction is 15N in first step. But as 10N is force applied by upper block so friction between lower block and ground will be 10N backward being static case with a =0 of lower block.

at 28:00 if value of co efficient of friction is 0.1 F max is coming to be 67.5 and and both blocks have same motion and acceleration u have taken co efficient value 0 so F max is 15 and both block have different acceleration
