  2. I love this channel but unfortunately some voices aren’t relaxing for me. This is one of them, I don’t feel relaxed listening to this persons voice (personal opinion) versus a slower paced, deeper toned voice. Is it possible to write in the description what type of voice it will be? Thanks

  6. Wow! I have an incredibly short attention span, so I rarely make it through 3 minute meditations, but I made I through this one with ease! I’m really proud of myself for that! My mind felt so peacefully clear and I felt so aware of my own being. It felt so healthy to remember that, by putting my best effort forward, I am doing the most, and that is enough. Thank you for this! I’ll be coming back to it again!
