  1. While I appreciate the effort to illustrate Adorno, this talk just takes too many simplicities as fact. It is not true that there is not enough ammunition to kill everybody. Clausewitz's quote refers also to the fact that annihilating the enemy is also self-defeating, for it would render the victor empty of meaning.

    Also, the distinction between fascism and dictatorships is not precise: dictatorships may enjoy great public support, albeit not necessarily a majority. Venezuela is a case in point. Saddam Hussein as well. 

    Then came Foucault. Where does he say discipline makes you feel not intelligent?

    I could go on and on…
