MBR works with disks up to 2 TB in size, but it can’t handle disks with more than 2 TB of space with GPT give you much larger size limit.
This tutorial about changing partition table without data losses. This method can apply in the production environment, but please careful with some options that may wipe the disk.

Try clicking less next time – it is very distracting. Also, talking more clearly/louder would really help. Finally, convert the system disk on a full drive as an example, not a sparsely filled data partition on a second drive.
