I can see how rothko’s paintings are at least aesthetic. But how the hell are they worth millions? Same thing with pollock
I see Rothko's paintings more as a warning, rather than an object of aesthetic beauty; the experience of being swallowed by Nothingness, devoured by a frightful nihilism.
