I’m thankful to Daniel Dennett for being part of my time on earth.
Pretty much everything I know about evolution I learned from this man and Dawkins.

He is basically saying "if you don't agree with what Darwin believed was interesting, then you are engaging in bad practice"… which makes me realize he suffered from a fixed-mindset that failed to grasp truth beyond the confines of "what someone wrote in a book hundreds of years ago"…. How ironic. May he rest in peace.

This is such a WILDLY narrow mindset. I like Daniel Dennett, but come on, brother. Smoke some DMT and come on back.
A definition consists of a word and a description where the word refers to an observable and the description describes what the word refers to. Words like "the" or "they", adjectives, adverbs or prfix or postfixes modify the reference and description within some given context.
Too many philosophers and scientists assume words like "life" have intrinsic meaning. It does not. It is a useful fiction that facilitates communication.
It might be useful to see "life" as a category with fuzzy borders. Or as a working concept waiting for better refinement. It is an important concept though, given what is happening right now politically speaking. (It's not an opinion, or whatever you believe it to be.)

There are kinds of things.
Things have images( patterns by which they are distinct from other things)
There is what it is like to be a thing.
Being as exiting. Things come to exist by the things which exist. No thing exists by its non existence. No thing does not exist. Somethings used to exist. Things that used to exist existed by temporal relationships of other things that existed with them. Them are us. And us are they. Temporal differences exiting as categorical . Any thing exists by its being what kind of thing it is.
In any sense of being the essence of a thing is not non sense of being but being separate from non sense.
Have you seen the pigs today? Fancy liturgy, cleansed by mud, clean as hog wash.
I once asked an apple if it had a core but all it would answer was without an answer; it seemed to ignore my question of its being aware of the core of its being but apparently it either could not hear or did not know or continued to ignore my questioning of its core knowledge of it core being. An odd kind of thing, what is it like to be likely ignorant of its being.
