The following is my allegorical paraphrase of Psalm 23 which I will be teaching in Mind/Brain Connection #168—Verse 1: The Lord is my Christ Mind within me, and when I am casting my energy to my right side, I want for nothing. I am guided by the shepherd of my Christ Mind. Then there is nothing I desire, but to know Him.
Verse 2: He, my Christ Mind, is activated through my meditation, which creates the throne of which I rule, by yielding my left side in and of itself to my right side, joining the two together as One; as I feed from the rich pastures within; I am truly led into stillness within and waters of refreshing.
Verse 3: This is what restores and replenishes my soul or, heart awareness, and leads me into the paths of righteousness for his way to be experienced in my life.
Verse 4: Even though I am tempted and challenged by lower thoughts and desires, which are but a shadow of death, I will give them no power by being fearful, because I know that the ‘he’ of my Christ Mind is with me, in me, and as me. I know this will work because my rod of discipline and staff of support has always worked for me.
Verse 5: My Christ Mind prepares a table before me in the presence of my left side; and the head of my Christ Mind and whole being is anointed until I am subjectively experiencing wisdom and understanding.
Verse 6: Therefore it is obvious that goodness and grace are abundant all the days of my life, because I choose to constantly dwell within the house of the Lord within me.
