  1. can i add or rather ask that this will only work if the pendulum dynamics are coupled to the cart dynamics in example the pendulum needs to have more % mass than the cart ?, im having a bad time trying to desing an observer for this system in reality the observer model with only one output x as this example doesnt work at all for me :(( it is really a pain but when i take x and theta as outputs it kinda works but only if the poles from the observer are very far in the left hand plane
