looks like a chat bot hooked up to a hollywood robot or mannequin with voice synthesizer. probably uses xbox kinnect technology to read facial expressions, and has a voice recognition program.
this is a start, its going to be a decade or more before they get them to the level that people will want them. but it is a good long term goal.
