Wolf and golf rhyme.
I mean that's why english has different types of rhymes. Words dont have to sound the same to rhyme which in of itself is confusing as heck.
Actually some of those word pairs are close rhymes and could certainly pass in a poem.
U could to live and dive like we are live
Live doesn't rhym with dive however "live" does rhym with dive
Oh, French. 💔
I kinda love the running gag of French being utterly baffled by English spelling
Poor French, he was utterly crushed. 😂😂😂
Why am I feeling so hurt and sad for French! Poor thing! Such a cutie 🥺
Athletti
Thank you for everything you have done, Witty.
Live and Dive works depending on context
Now "became" the way French said seems to be a vegetable of a kind😅🤣🤣🤣
Oh come ON, you can't blame US, the UK, for the pronunciation of words that we stole from the French anyway
READ THE POEM
and that’s why blank verse is a thing in English
Sesame and Became are my favorite.
Lead rhymes with read, And read with lead. But lead will never rhyme with read, Nor read with lead.
French slowly having a meltdown here is exactly how I felt trying to learn how to spell chauffeur. 🙃
He broke French's spirit… French you looked purple!!😮 Are you okay?
I mean, who doesn't think French (character) is just so adorable!?
"I'm going to go take a sleepy time " 😂
This is what French gets for all those decisions he made just to confuse the Americans!
Wait until French encounters the grammatically correct English sentence "Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo"
Beckham me 😂😂😂
OMG omg omg
In defense of English, where letters doesn't really have a specific sound tied to them, the vowels in French are a complete mess as well. The rule to pronounce French's vowel is basically "what is the less likely to be this letter's sound?" Oh, so there is a rule. My bad.
😂
Hahaha…at least English is doing a good job of making French cry, who in turn is irritating the hell out of Universal.
