In this video 4th graders learn about the art history movement of Fauvism. We look at a few examples and talk about color choices and why the Fauvists made the color choices that they did. Then we learn about how to fill in our “big shapes” using a big brush to lay the foundation for the blending and small brush work for the next future sessions.
