10 years of research (2001-2012) on full-body interaction focused on play, learning and special needs applications for children.
This video shows projects for:
* children with Autism (ASD) such as MEDIATE and SIIMTA
* learning abstract concepts such as in Water Games, Connections, Arquimedes or NanoZoom
* fostering physical activity through exergames such as Robot Factory, Balloons or Fishes for the Interactive Slide exer-platform
* experiencing shared collaborative activities such as in We Hunters or Virtual Water.
Research has focussed on trying to understand the specific properties of full-body or embodied interaction with respect to other types of interaction.
