“General Effect and Observer Effect” is the paper presented in the “Third International Conference on Theoretical Physics and its applications” held at Moscow, Russia from 24-28 June, 2013. It was presented by Kiran Sreedhar R, final year btech student in Electronics and Communication Engineering branch from University College of Engineering, Kariavattom (under University of Kerala). The paper “General Effect and Observer Effect” present two new theories “General Effect” and “Observer Effect”. The paper explains a phenomenon by which alternative realities can be experienced.
