First.
Love ya lex you DA MAN
David talks in a lot of absolutes
👈 Once Turing ur in.
I hate this guy
This guy needs to play with gpt3.
I thought GPT-3 wasn't trying to emulate the human brain in its entirety, just its language module. So surely if we had many different models for the different aspects of the brain working together we could better emulate one. I think David Eaglemen is therefore mistaken and unable to see past current limitations. (I am very new to Artificial Intelligence).
You can sense the dark side in David.
neuroscientist always seem to feel AI research isn't getting the totality of the human mind, and that they have some insights on how to get there. I suppose they don't believe in the substrate independent model of complex systems or the brain.
Keep laughing at GPT-3 and GPT-4 will be your boss. 👹
I'm still impressed by Tay(dot)ai
Do humans know what it's like to be a human being tho? Checkmate fellow humans.
I like how he gives an immediate example of the point he was just mentioning at ca 1:56, for about a second he speaks a language I can’t understand… or even hear 😉 lol
This dude haven't heard of quantum computers.
I like this poerson's thinking around the questions that Lex puts forward
Typical biologists… he understands about nothing that‘s relevant to this field
Yes, modern AI has sophisticated „relevance“. What a noob
Gpt 4,5,6 and then 😔
i suspect that with enough parameters the AI could glean aspects of the patterns in human speech that could allow it to give output increasingly similar to what we would expect from a genuine human who has an understanding of how humans think. This is just because the stuff we train it on is written by humans who understand how they think, so it still seems like more connections would eventually start to piece together all of the aspects of human psychology that are taken into account by the humans who provide its training data when it generates an output.
Narrow minded know it all. Let’s see what you say about GPT5…there will never be flying machines…there will never be motorized horse and buggies. Motion pictures are impossible as well…electricity is preposterous magical musings.
This guy is a moron.
looks at the id of this vid : v=sshit3NxesU
Oh, sh*t!
Put the neural network into an artificial body and then see it adapt
