  1. Hello, I'm struggling w/ anxiety and stress related to a situation that I feel trapped in. This meditation was perfect and helped me access that anxiety and begin to let it go. Thank you.

  2. Thank you. Your voice and the gentle music was absolutely perfect. I had a lot of grief come up, my nan passed away last year. It felt very uncomfortable during the meditation but I know it will help me process the pain. Thank you

  3. This was just what I needed, thank you very much! Are you planning on doing any longer videos on your channel? My 10 year old daughter has been diagnosed with level 2 ASD and ADHD and spent 7 weeks in hospital last year with the eating disorder ARFID, thankfully that part is under control now. I have been researching ASD and ADHD but still find it all confusing. Not much mentions the anger. We think it’s PDA but it’s not really recognised in Australia so our doctors/psychologists/psychiatrists don’t go there. Anyway thank you again for this video, I really needed it.

  4. Hi, I felt content as a curled up cat in the base of my stomach. I felt joy and excitement for my artist journey high in my chest and gratitude in my heart. A few month ago I didn't think I'd feel these emotions again. Its been a lot of positive work through guided meditations, time and creative projects, mindset, and learning to love myself. Every new meditation makes a difference. Thank you.
