MindfulPeace
This is a guided mindfulness meditation that will help you to learn to be more mindful, calm, relaxed, and free of anxiety throughout each day. It will help to bring awareness to your mind and thoughts through spoken voice and ambient music. It is great for anyone from beginner to advanced.
Although totally optional, I suggest that you have a notebook or sheet of paper and pen handy. This will be used as a part of this meditation thought exercise.
This is a new version of a meditation that I created several years ago. I updated it with new sound and visuals. I hope you find that it helps you learn more about yourself and how your mind and thoughts work!

Interesting. I'm 48 and 9 out of 11 random thoughts were about my childhood home.
