If reaching superhuman AI seems a question of not if but when. There’s no way we can stop it, the competition between nations will continue until it becomes a reality. The end of the world as we now it without a doubt. But before that happens what if government no longer sees value in keeping useless citizens that have no function once replaced by autonomous and automated tech? Scary thought.
