  1. You really should read (if you haven’t already), the “Culture” series by Iain M. Banks. In this series, the sentient AIs are referred to as “Minds” or “Sublimed Intelligences” (SI). It is a very accurate portrait (IMO) of where we are heading.

  2. AI isn't an organic species with natural instincts, it is a computer program that can process information. It is a talking library.
I find it amusing that people are seeing AI as a competitive species.
It would be impossible for anyone person to read and study all information, to look at all pieces of art. AI is a way for us, as a species to gather all our information, what we have figured out so far, and feed that into computers to better make sense of it.

AI doesn't breach copyright laws. Anymore than a paint brush or printer could be accused on breaching copyright laws. AI is a tool. If a person uses AI to create work too much based of someone else's work, and then trys to claim it as their own, and try to make money from it, that is what is a breach of copyright. Same for any tool. Same if you used a camera to photograph someone else's painting and tried to sell prints.

Cameras can record better than the human mind. Cars can go faster than we can run. We expect our tools to work better, that is why we create them. We need AI to be able to have more intelligence of understanding information than our brains. I don't get this idea of AI replacing people?? Have cars replaced legs? Have powertool replaced hands?
You don't give create for the abilities of the tools, it is what you create with it that determs if it is your creation, or a copy of others work.

  3. I really enjoy your videos. You have clearly put a lot of work into them. Thank you. I may disagree with you on some points, but overall they are insightful.

  4. Probably the best video about Data and AI. This is exactly why I stopped posting my hard work photography photos on websites to prevent companies from stealing them to feed their AI Engines. I understood this because I'm a Computer Engineer.

  5. There is no machine out there that doesn't have it own researching and creative imagination capacity already built into it. That is where humans are introduce. The machine gathers your information and replicate and emulate it. It does not improve upon or invent anything new. It is simply following the patterns the machine learns from the human input. It cannot generate it own thought or opinion of the matter.

People are scare that A.I is going to replace their jobs. People also forgot that we're free from corporation and their humanless values that we can create our business to compete and to support our own community base on that human morals and human desires. If your corporation seek to remove mankind. People are less likely to work for you and support you. That is why I never buy anything on Amazon. I always buy locally. I support smaller companies and start up. People can choose what they want from society.

  6. Long way to go until AI can act without prompt. The most advanced will still require code thar has true/false, If this- that, and many other operands, commands, menues, sub menus, sub-sub menues etc… Humans can follow certain to complete complex and simple tasks, but we can also decide to stop, tale a break tell a joke, get water, go home, quit job all together. Ai will never be able to that. It can only mimic or perform what it was fed to do. If hungry, then go to bed – only humans can do that.

  7. Of course it was intelligence, the first child globally and bigdata (integrity system) (iis) system, and transformation, digital millennium CA, and you still question about this

  8. In the social production of their existence, men inevitably enter into definite relations , which are independent of their will, namely relations of production appropriate to a given stage in the development of their material forces of production. The totality of these relations of production constitutes the economic structure of society, the real foundation, on which arises a legal and political superstructure and to which correspond definite forms of social consciousness. The mode of production of material life conditions the general process of social , political and intellectual life. It is not the consciousness of men that determines their existence, but their social existence that determines their consciousness. At a certain stage of development, the material productive forces of society come into conflict with the existing relations of production or – this merely expresses the same thing in legal terms – with the property relations within the framework of which they have operated hitherto. From forms of development of the productive forces these relations turn into their fetters . Then begins an era of social revolution . The changes in the economic foundation lead sooner or later to the transformation of the whole immense superstructure.
