Is science necessarily at odds with the spiritual? Rupert Sheldrake combines scientific research and his knowledge of mystical traditions to argue that we can experience higher states of consciousness and a realm where we might finally find life’s meaning.

You didnt answer your question: how does science explain spirituality. So how is it?
This guy is great 😊
Spiritually would explain the whole of science, if one reaches a heightened sense of spirituality it would explain science in one sentence
Advaita vedanta! Non seperation! You are not something or someone that exists separately from the universe. You are that!
interesting 😮
Wow, this video really opened my eyes to the connection between science and spirituality! Rupert Sheldrake does an amazing job explaining how our spiritual practices can be backed by scientific evidence. I can't wait to watch the full talk and learn even more. Thank you for sharing this insightful content!
I respect to Dr. Rupert sheldrake a master of science and spirituality. Mostly I would like to welcome him to India again and live with me.
What a fantastic talk from a lovely, affable, funny and genuine guy. God bless the man!
Spirituality can explain science but science can’t explain spirituality. It’s easy to conclude which one is limited.
How was that science explaining spirituality? A study showed gratitude made people happy for two months? A joke it is!
Thank you so much🙏💕
Gratitude is mention 260 times in the Bible
Is spirituality a means to an end or an end itself? According to the lecturer, it appears to be a means to good health and happiness.
I think doing these things are "good." I don't care whether they lower my BP or strengthen my immune system. Being virtuous is a stand-alone good. And…I'm an American atheist.
Giving more than taking…
Being kind is its own reward…
Avoid enmity…
Assisting those that you can…
Empathize with suffering people…
Be in the midst of beauty and/or create something beautiful…
Apologizing when appropriate…
Take time to still your mind…
Is this spirituality or good advice for eliminating anxiety?
Can an atheist do these things?
Does one have to lower egoism before one can do these things? Or does one lower egoism by doing these things?
Is egoism THE problem?
It's such a blessing to be able to move away from organized religion and its dogma into a deep spiritual discovery of self and our place in the larger "collective consciousness." No more ancient folklore beliefs, no pressure to force your mind into contradictory and often harsh and cruel dogma – only a continuing, genuine discovery about what's real and lasting in our deeper awareness and our personal connection to God.
Hi. Gratitude has the intrinsic virtue of humility,; honesty has an even deeper satisfaction because it is a decision to abide by the law of truthfulness, truth being God's nature. The greatest destroyers of happiness are dishonesty and malice, the latter being like having a wrecking company set up shop in your home. Cheers, P.R.
“Militant atheism should come with a health warning”. Brilliant.
We are made up of body, spirit and soul…we were created in the image of God…and gratitude is a characteristic we may have or give…depends…
Mostly empty jargon and psuedoscience, deepak Chopra do better job than this
I'm chary about gratitude, lest what I'm grateful for be taken away.
