In this video, I show you how to draw a female face with an easy step by step for beginners. This art tutorial will not only show you how to draw a female face but also give you insights to my own sketching technique.
There are different ways to learn how to draw a face and personally, the way that I best learned was to learn by doing first. After studying reference photos and sketching what I saw in my sketchbook, I then checked out various drawing tutorials on the fundamental proportions of a female face. Ultimately, it’s up to you to figure out what works best. At the end of the day, as long as you are drawing and trying, this is all that matters!

i love this tutorial! i had to skip the lips and hair occasionally because even though i kept pausing i just couldn’t keep up with what you were doing. next time instead of making a ten minute, sped up video of all three, could you make superstar tutorials that EACH take ten minutes so i can learn better? love you art though 🙂
