GPT-3 is developed by OpenAI and is amazingly fluent in any common topic ranging from literature and philosophy to public administration, from poetry and chorus music to programming with Python, or chemistry to engineering. Teaching material contains for example the whole Wikipedia, which is only 3% of the total. All this material has been read by the AI to build a neural network of 175 billion parameters.
