Loved this. Thank you so much.
As always, really great detailed tutorial. You never cease to impress your viewers. I love your talent ❤️❤️❤️??. Thanks for uploading the video , and looking for another one in the nearest future .
I love your tutorials. when tutorials to draw buildings or interiors using perspective, other textures, lights …
Nicely done, I have to practice more environments…
Let’s create some happy accidents ??
Beautiful! Thank you James! I've learned so much from you. ❤️
Is easier make the drawings with the pen than with your mouse?
Brilliant James! I have to agree with you that adding the textures and other details are really a big part of the enjoyment of art for me. Amazing how the colors you used created so much depth in this piece. So much to learn and take away from this one in both technique and thought process. Really enjoyed it. Going to give this one a go I think. Thanks for what you do. Keep doing what you do and we’ll always be back to watch another one.
James, it's me again, you're a pretty cool guy! I am sticking with you…..I never even considered anyone else for a mentor…so your the man! I like the idea of painting skyscapes. I like the colors and textures. It doesn't require me to be exact at this point, kind of fluffy. I am a bit if a perfectionist so I dont tolerate mistakes to well…I like using an iPad because I have a tendency to do things over alot…..plus this concept of layers puts my mind at ease….as if a Two-finger undo was enough, ha…..ok back to work my friend back to work….oh speaking of which,I no longer work as a software engineer…
I was hit by a car…..as a pedestrian…..on the expressway.(car 60 go mpg+)….but hey no worries…I can walk, drive and live on my own…I'm living the dream! (joke, kinda)later James
? Appreciate your sharing! ? ? ✔️
I think you double wrote a hex code… Excellent tutorial btw
You have two of the same color listed for the bottom list. ?
I love sketching on the iPad Pro but am really struggling to achieve realistic shading, it just doesn't seem to blend that well. I've tried the smudge tool and blending brushes etc but just can't get it. Do you have any tips or a tutorial? Maybe I need to play around with the apple pencil settings in procreate but don't really have a clue.
Hi James great video! Can you pls advise me? I can either buy an iPad Pro 9×7 (the old one) on eBay for $450 Can. Or buy the new iPad 9×7 which is Apple Pencil capable for about the same price. Which would you buy? Thank you James, love your videos!
Great Channel
awesome
I just found your channel and its amazing! Love your work! I'm getting the new iPad with its pencil. Hopefully I can follow your tutorials.
Super helpful thank you!
I am really enjoying your videos! and thank you for having the camera show your hand and pencil when drawing. It can be so frustrating when someone only uses a screen recording app and you can't see how the person is holding the pencil or what they are doing.
You do a really great job describing what you are doing and it seems to flow effortlessly. Nice job.
Do you see much of a difference between the iPad pro and the iPad pro 2?
Face!! @14:40
Thanks for your tutorial
Just got into your channel after purchasing an iPad. By far the best tutor for the digital art frontier. Keep up the awesome stuff! It’s extremely helpful ??
Aye I'm ur student your a legend Mr julier
Excellent thank you James!
Do you use screen protector or do you just draw on the glass?
Do you use a reference image or is this just out of your head? Great channel btw.!
Love your tutorial. Thank you for sharing.
Please check out my new collaboration series on my second channel ? https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC94G5ZfUt0LLxsSpdYWqEgw
Great video! Except the hexadecimal values don’t seem correct. I see 14 colours in the video and 13 in the description. 2 of which are identical.
Very inspiring tutorial, thank you for sharing. I also like the calm background music.
Thanks for the tutorial, it was perfect.
James I can't can't thank you enough. Im a beginner to digital art. I use a pen tablet and krita but your videos help me to make stunning artwork really easily. Thanks a lot
Love your videos! You make things look so easy (and we know it takes practice). And thank you so much for the explanation on how you achieve certain looks in your drawing—extremely helpful. I’m not an artist but I get inspiration from artists like you to give drawing a try on Procreate. It’s less intimidating when artists like you take us novices through your thought prcoess step by step. Keep making these videos!
One of the clouds (that is really hard) looks like a dog
Have you got any tips on doing clouds
But great video and i think your an amazing artist
