Jack Sarfatti has a Ph.D. in physics from the University of California, taught physics at San Diego State University, worked with David Bohm at the University of London’s Birkbeck College and with Abdus Salam at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy.
Jack was the basis of the memorable time-travelling Dr. Emmett Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy, and the author of Super Cosmos (2005), Destiny Matrix (2002), Space: Time And Beyond II (2002), and the coauthor with Fred Alan Wolf and Bob Toben of Space-Time and Beyond: Toward an Explanation of the Unexplainable (1975).

Jack Sarfatti is the first person I found who can talk about the phenomenon subject in a way that brings genuine scientifically-rigorous insight and which is not full of woo, plus he has connections to so many super important, intelligent, and credible people! This is the level of legitimacy needed to be convincing.

I propose an amended and extended Invisible/Holographic Principle of the Multiverse. A duality within a duality. One duality; the holographic bound and the bulk, works well within our own universe, and the invisible bound, works at another hidden horizon above the holographic cosmic horizon and extends beyond the curtain and into the multiverse. This is where Jack will find the quantum key to the scrambled entanglement on the surface of black holes; a more complete Invisible/Holographic dictionary of quantum cryptography to decipher the hidden entropic entanglement and enter the worm hole.

..some of these noetic ideas can get a bit carried away for me (invoking dualisms); 'coherence' is not mere interaction but the sharing of unitary quantum states in defiance of ie. fermionic superposition exclusion, combining spins to jump the Pauli barrier, or to isolate shared field properties of aggregate coherent states such as magnons and spinons etc. Are we using quasi-particles for information processing, storage or retrieval?
It's a god-of-the-gaps argument to try resolve mysteries by consolidating everything intractable into the same basket; i see no reason whatsoever to invoke macroscopic quantum effects in consciousness; on the contrary, from the perspective of the intrinsic nexus between informational and thermodynamic entropies (the real meat and potatoes of any solution to the binding problem) en masse coherences – ie. precipitous drops in system entropy – would by definition represent a decrease in information density, processing load and conscious awareness. The effect we experience as the equivalence of octaves is, i believe, representative of a critical emergent bandwidth that is the closest thing in consciousness to a coherent quantum state, yet this is more 'analogue' than quantum processing; we resolve and integrate information via a process of entropy-reduction to a thermodynamically-efficient solution, per Shannon, Boltzmann and Landauer etc. Efficiency itself is the processor, and octave equivalence is the experience of a fundamental thermal / informational axis inherent to this form of multicellular processing.
Consciousness is primarily concerned with processing meta-information – ie. information about the objective, corporeal stuff, the map of the territory.. so not threatening the time-conservation of fundamental (irreducible) information, forgotten information not violating the no-hiding theorem. It's reactive and observant, but not proactive in terms of constituting a first cause or causality violation.
The relationships between ER and EPR as implied by the alien psychotronic techs may be incidental cross-over between two completely independent technology bases, rather than evidence of intrinsically-shared elements. For example we know that warp fields can be projected as beams – i've previously shared video here of mini-UAP clearly producing these warp-tunnels as evinced by distinct lensing of background imagery ahead in their direction of acceleration, as well as video examples of mechanical interaction at distance (happy to repost); such techs might conceivably be combined or modulated with other carrier / field properties specifically targetting say the corticothalmic networks with ultrasound or playing discrete cortical neurons with intricate phased-array EMFs at the 'machine code' level (again, assuming they've long-since cracked the binding problem, which may have universal applicability in relation to chemically-fuelled multicellular processing per se). Or to put it another way just because trans-cranial magnetic stimulation has repeatable effects, this doesn't necessarily imply there's much to be learned about 'the stuff of information', sensation or sentience in terms of Maxwellian theory..
But if i'm certain of nothing else, it's that a post-singularity ETC – not least a telepathic one – will have few illusions re. the nature of free will, much less the supposed primacy of consciousness, which i see only as an increasingly-cultish shibboleth mutated from classic misapprehension of the DSE results, now laid rest by modern QIT per Zeilinger et al. From the few available accounts, getting hit with a warp-beam can indeed be an enlightening, Damascene experience – seeing the moon or starfield magnified via a warped perspective of scale and distance might quite understandably be trippy as hell, and epistemological shock is arguably its own kind of transcendence – but anything else we wanna read into it is all on us, IMHO.. 'mind', i'm quite sure, is nothing more or less than the activity of brain, and psychotronic techs must exploit this determinacy. There's one particular case i find especially mind-boggling here, where the witness first saw a bright white light approaching at low height; as it passed overhead he waved up at it, then experienced an OOBE as he looked down at himself waving up at himself..! I can't know if it's true of course (again, happy to repost sources) but there seems a lot to unpack there in terms of the whole ER / EPR issue..
