this was my first meditation I've ever done. I like how he encourages us to do what is comfortable instead of sitting in a certain position
John Kabat Zinn is the best as one of the first founders of Mindfulness.
Can I do this sitting in a chair? I really don't like laying down

Yesterday at work, I had to figure out lengthy program logic under time constraints.
Didn't sleep but 4 hours last night.
This morning, found this relaxing body scan.
It made my body open and let go.
What a blessing!
JK has such a soothing voice and words.
The perfect prep for working with and letting go of emotional energy blockages.
How can one breathe out through toes. We got noses for that.
