  1. At 11+/- minutes in, I like hearing this that a true leader for the QB position will first look at what a young rookie quarterback is good at, and then build them up and perfect their playing style from there. Instead of trying to force them to do something that they are not naturally good at, build on their strengths, not try to force them to do something that is not natural for them. I've felt bad for Malik for a long while. He may prove me wrong, but I feel like he has been thrown out there with so many different instructions of what he's supposed to be doing he's completely confused. And why wouldn't he be. And when Tannehill went down he was suddenly thrust out there much sooner than typically would happen for a brand new, first year rookie quarterback anyway. This would be great if the new coaching staff can turn this around for Malik, too. In my opinion he deserves that. And we'll see what happens in a year. Honestly, Miss Amy has blown my mind. She ain't foolin' around with working on getting this team turned around. And I've been impressed with Ran so far, too. GO TITANS! Great show! Great new hires by our new HC Callahan! Thank you!

  2. The Holz hire reeks of "hiring my boy". Outside of that the rest of the hires have been excellent. Im cautiously optimistic, the last time a young coach got hired by a team in tennessee and brought in his dad it did not go so well. Kept Eric berry from the record
