3. Ill keep my g4.. Even tho this has wide angle camera .. The sensor size is soooo much smaller than the one in the g4 which results in smaller dynamic range… New phones aren't always better lol

5. So, can someone help, my network just put V30 on crazy sale, as G7 is coming in. No way I'm getting anything but the excellent LG, either or. So, isn't V30 built with a bit more care and stuff, being one up flagship level over G series? This bugs me. Otherwise, ya… I can't decide.

6. tap on the overexposed sections of a shot and the camera readjusts to be more balanced. .tap on the mid lighting section of a photo to get the best balance of lighting. this is basic and alot of reviewers don't know this

7. All uneven g series phones suck a bit and the even numbers optimize the previous phone

   -g1 sucked
   G2 was amazing
   -g3 was too ambitious (shit battery & overheat)
   G4 was amazing (except the boot loop)
   -g5 was too ambitious (shit modules )
   G6 was great !
   -g7 is too ambitious with features but only does them okay.
   G8 will be great again

8. Lg lost It's own battle! For that little angle better option will be Gopro 6 and even cheaper! Or the pixel 2 with wide moment lens…

13. Still Not bad At least better than my lg g5…. and with Samsung and iPhone x , it has only 10 to 15 percent difference in result which is not a very big Reason to reject it …. i may buy this phone in future…

24. Wait.. There is no time-lapse on the G7? I don't mind most of the modes they've tossed away, but Time-lapse is clearly needed in a camera app.

34. I use the LG G7 as a daily driver I love this phone when I first got it back in in June which it came out in May it's worth the price but I paid less online

37. damn good, and the difference between it and the v40 is negligible besides the zoom, which i just never do. for the price difference, it's not worth it. thanks for this, best video i've found showing the G7.

39. The LG V30 has one 16mp Sony Sensor and a 13 mp Samsung sensor. The G7 has the same exact 16 mp sensor as the V30 for the main camera and Wide angle. I find the G7 camera to have better overall quality. I still have the G6 with the GCam port if I want a wider POV.

42. Wonderful review man, sometimes the disadvantages of an LG phone are just very stupid decisions like the name ThinQ and the removal of wide angle selfie cam. Still waiting for Android Pie for the G7 while there are android TVs that have got it. I did post a comprehensive review comment to the G8 touchless commands video and LG just removed it.
