3 days ago I was deep in meditation and I realized I am the awareness of that consciousness and consciousness is everything and it's like a fountain ⛲.. it's coming out of nothingness and going back to nothingness like a cycle creating this reality we are in.. everything we see is consciousness and nothing stays still..even our body is disappearing right now into nothingness and appearing from nothingness simultaneously so we can only be in this moment!. So boom! everything is happening right now and not in the past or the future.thinking about the past and future is like trying to fill an imaginary glass with water.and no matter how hard you try. it can never get filled!
