Matrices can be thought of as transforming space, and understanding how this work is crucial for understanding many other ideas that follow in linear algebra.

  1. Holy crap yes. My precalculus class made us spent weeks learning matrix multiplication and calculating determinants by hand without once telling us what any of it was used for.

  2. Could anybody tell me how to relate two conditions of linear transformation Additivity and homogeneity to lines must remain line (cant be curved) and origin cant be moved?

  3. And I am sure there is a space where all dead materials is stored and your all source of energies are connected to dead space….may be🤔

  4. And the concept goes towards the creater that what is the meaning of origin?? What is behind of origin?? What is inside in the origin ???? May be there is a infinite galaxies inside the origin ???

  5. If really in real life distance exist then why after zoom out that distance goes to smaller always ???? Why it can't be bigger then original distance??? I assume that no one is moving everyone is fixed along his or it's position and just there is transformation 🙆

  6. May be the idea of creating defined things on the basis of undefined (HYPOTHESIS without evidence) terminologies is wrong there is a uncertainty

  7. Each point gets a name… the name is that point… the name is its' description… the de(s)cription has meaning within set rules/bounds… the rule/bound is a procedure… the only practical function it has IS visualization. If you ever spent any time leaning this and failed to visualize, you wasted your time. The system has wasted your time.
Before the eye (visual sensor) evolved, organisms had no perception of space, only of properties which inadvertently exist within it/as it, and since it evolved it has served the same purpose as all previous, which have also been retained.

  8. How is this not thought before trigonometry ? Looking back at my school years, no wonder the curriculum seemed aimless. Development of these basic concepts should be leading into physics in short order, instead the system keeps the fields apart rendering information useless. Teachers would have to be a lot less specialized, which would automatically increase the teacher per student ratio.

  9. OMG I'm final year CS undergrad and it's now that I came to know the actual meaning of matrix multiplication 😵. It was beautiful. I can't stress enough how thankful I'm to you
