About Dead End Hip Hop:
No scripts. It’s pure unfiltered hip hop conversations and album reviews. No politics. No BS. We Are The People. .
For anyone who’s wondering. The first 18 min file of this review was corrupted and lost. I had to improvise with the remaining footage which is why you don’t get much or any of Feefo’s or Beezy’s initial thoughts on the album. Both Beezy and Feefo thought the album was solid enough, but not blown away. Feefo had issues with it not sounding like an actual farewell album and Beezy had a few issues with the reuse of samples, which made it sound unoriginal at times.
Tell me if I’m wrong but I don’t think logic was alluring to them. He mentioned group think; meaning he could be talking about countless articles that post a review the day the album releases which they don’t do. They’re all acting but hurt for no reason in my opinion. Logic has gotten a lot of hate for no reason; reasons that aren’t even about his album. Look at the breakfast club interview or joe Budden. People not giving just criticism with him lmao
And it’s funny cause this is what logic was talking about. 14 mins of this interview was about Logic taking criticism. Who cares. I’ve watched you guys for years; y’all are getting at someone for how they feel. How funny is that. I loved Logics album and I completely get what he was saying.
Just gotta say that Logic’s second album was good. It went down hill after that, TITS was a solid project with one of his best bars. 💯 #FACTS
I want a extended review, yall other videos were straight tearing this man apart then yall didnt even break this one down. The lyrics were insane in here but no one really highlights them. Yall seem like yall focus and push more of the negative then equal it out with talking about the positive it just seems like yall dont like the guy no more. If yall were real homies with him yall wouldnt have jumped on the let's make fun of logic band wagon and kept the reviews useful to the artist instead of downplaying everything about it. Yall talk about criticism and how logic cant take it logic drops a slight diss towards yall and yall salty as hell after all that smack yall talked on his last albums. Yall nerd to do better.
I liked this album but never will top his first Sinatra joint can you guys check out this HipHop Cypher https://youtu.be/ovL6w0jgxXY
The lack of consistently collaborating with his peers is what changed his trajectory
This a damn good review and I agree with just about everything all of you guys said. I'm glad Logic finally brought out an album that gave me those under pressure and incredible true story feels without the skits. Thank you Dead End Hip Hop and Logic!
Saying an artist is too sensitive is a cop out argument. When you labor over something for hours of course you are going to care when people Shit all over it. I don't get why people don't understand that lol
What's he referring to @10:45 ?
can barely make out what y'all are saying now at all
I dont understand that stupid fucking statement about logic sounding like kendrick. He sounds nothing like him. Kendrick has a whole different flow thats awkward at times. Logic has his own unique style.
Mike sounded like he was offended for some odd reason
REALLY disappointed the footage was lost. Wanted to hear more especially from Feefo. Even FANTANO enjoyed it alot lol!
Proolly aint his last album artists do it all the time. When they miss it they come back
Polo f'n G "The goat". Yall sleep. Not like it's the best album ever made but yall WILL be surprised of the potential
Logic is an MC. Whether some ppl like it or not.
Big Ghost Ltd. x K.A.A.N. x All Praise Is Due
Blue and exile review next?!
pls review mike weight of the world!!!
I'm waiting for Ken to start rapping Mercy Good Music
Wearing mask for the video.. ill see myself out
This review feels very intimate and …idk , but I'm glad y'all shared it.
Damn, all the think pieces in the comments got me wanting to see what y'all said in y'all other reviews of Logic 👀😂
I agree with mike, eventhough I really wanted to hear the entire vision behind Logic's Incredible True Story, I dont think Logic can successfully pull it off. I think he undertook way toomany ideas at once, and in the end instead of giving us trash projects he decided to just rap in this project and wrap up at least his ascension into rap history.
Hope one day in the future Logic can finally come back and deliver a masterpice, but he needs to have time in order to fully develop his ideas.
Video game toxicity is nowhere near the same as hip-hop myke come on lol
In a sense Logic is relatable though, he’s rapping about more how he’s grown & his audience (from way back) has grown up too, I’d say this is the most relatable he’s been since before Under Pressure honestly. & Furthermore it seems there’s a few of y’all who wanna put an asterisk next to this album on your grading scale because you think Logic insulted y’all. Not that I give that much of a shit on Logic himself but from what I’ve seen you guys are calling him mad sensitive after you tore apart his last two or whatever albums & he seemingly might’ve threw something back at you & it’s some punk shit? Reminds me of the Eminem shit where he mentioned critics on his album & y’all complained about him complaining. Then here it keeps being said “this album is good, -but”, I feel like if this was a Killer Mike album & said critics in rooms aint shit y’all would still praise the work but here since it’s nerd ass Logic y’all just not gonna give him his day. This some Pitchfork shit homies.
Y'all gonna review this but not Westside's fly God 2 smh
this album sucked ass
Lupe fiasco EP dropped y’all reviewing it?👀
damn myke's mask is fire
Is that bit with logic at the start from recently?
Maybe it's just me, but for some reason I thought that Logic was talking about the Joe Budden Podcast in that clip. He said "one of my peers" and also called him out by name in his genius interview.
i want a bitch with long dreads like Myke C Town
This album is a good way for Logic go out on dope album
5 Hooks🔥🔥🔥🔥
YALL SHOULD REVIEW DAYLYT VS TAY ROC !!!! it would be way more content if y'all did battle raps to it's HIPHOP ON STEROIDS
Wow. Back in 2012, I discovered Logic and back then his music was a massive part of my life. Bars, lyricism and musicality. Was so glad when he got reviewed on here, and then was over the moon when he made the BET cyphers. Since going mainstream, his quality of music has dropped immensely. Crazy how fast time has went, life just passes you by.
Under pressure a classic
This album is trash, didnt think one song stood out, all throwaway tracks
This album was trash, not one standout track
I love this channel but this video is more of a Logic review than an album review, just kinda taking shots at Logic for going on Twitch and not giving him credit for the bars on this record, and he did exactly what you wanted him to do, he got personal
Did logic make specific comments about dehh?
logic is bothered, the sensnitivity is a result
