  2. I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

  3. I've had anxiety attacks for over 2 weeks , I've been to a phycologist and been taking meds for 10 days, they only made my appetite and body worse..also I've been going through Neuro therapy but for 5 days I lost about 4 kgs..I couldn't sleep or eat …
    And last night before sleep I realized, feeling this horrible, I definitely can take the power of my mind and body to work together..
    I kept thinking it was a physical problem and I visited all kinds of doctors but all tests turned out to be fine..
    From last night I started Yoga and sleep meditations..so far I feel much better than before..Thank you so much for this♥️I literally felt like hell and now I'm surviving it

  5. Hi everyone. I have a question. At a certain point during the meditation I felt that everything around me was moving and had a little bit of a headache. Can someone explain if this is a good thing or not? What does this feeling mean? Thanks to whoever will answer my question 🙂 Have a nice day 🙂

  6. I've returned to this video again and again, on the verge of panic attacks, when dealing with grief, when I felt scattered and needed some mindfulness. No matter where I am mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, it (and Adriene) always holds me with gentleness. Forever grateful <3

  7. I always do it by myself and it really didn't work every time. But this was my first time doing it with you and all of sudden I don't feel that heaviness in my chest and it actually did work thank you so much.

  8. Hi Adriene! Thank you so much for your videos they've helped me a lot. I've suffered with anxiety since I was a teen and I found this practice very helpful but also very hard because I hold a lot of my anxiety in my chest so taking long deep breaths has been difficult. Hoping it'll get easier the more I do it though. I would really love to see a 'Meditation for Sleep' guide someday as trying to sleep and stay asleep is something I find tough too with my mental health. Thank you again for your videos, your kindness and calming aura really help a lot.

  9. I was looking everywhere for a guided meditation that was actually helpful and engaging in the way I needed. I love that this has no weird ambient music and it acknowledges that you might be feeling things throughout the meditation. But without any judgement. Thank you so much for this.   10. God…the panic attacks came back for me tonight! It’s SO HARD to stay sane, calm and collected when your body and brain are convinced that you are gonna die THIS MOMENT! It’s hard to even breathe.sleep?..
    FORGET ABOUT SLEEP cause your brain will force wake you up when you are in the verge of slipping into sleep state or in the middle of your deep sleep state cause again…your brain is CONVINCED that you are dying!!! Panic attacks don’t play with you,…if it’s gonna happen it sometimes stays with you…for HOURS-UPON END! Leaving you sleep deprived, which then leads to more anxiety and panic attacks!!
    What an absolute curse to live through!!
