  6. I just had a bad panic attack. I'm at the library working on assignments and my dad called and he wasn't picking up when I called back which always worries me. Idiot friends keep texting. Plus, I'm waiting on an important call from my doctor. I just spun out bad. I found this video and I can't tell you how much it helped. It helped a lot. I'm book marking this to my favorites.
