27:03 Artists that I tried, but don’t really change the look
I love your videos, they are so inspiring. Can you do one with dark and moody artists that would be great for Halloween? Thank you!
When the image turns out unlike the original artists style it means that the AI has not been trained on that artist and does not recognise them. So the artists name is simply a *wildcard despite your duplicate seed.
any thoughts or remote inclinations on using musical artists as prompts to see what might result? such as the Classical composers Mozart Vivaldi and Bach (just to name a few) and artists such as Vangelis, Jarre', Tomita or Kitaro
I dont know if you mentioned him in another video but I'm really digging pieces I come up with in the style of Kenny Scharf! Lots of bright colors and cool cartoonish abstraction
I'm surprised you still haven't used Joseph Ducreaux, most whimsical of French portraitist.
I think you could try 2 Brazilian artists, very powerful styles: Tarsila do Amaral and Beatriz Milhazes. Keep creating , loving your videos.
Thanks!
What was your prompt for woodcuts? You mentioned mj 4.5 which is lo longer available in settings. Is there another way?
I’m pretty sure that MJ was trained on a lot of artists but there are strong and weak training and as you say, some artist names associate with their movements, era, and region, but with weak image training. These “weak” artists have the illusion of being in there but tend to lose any apparent influence on prompts when you actually start adding variables. The same is true for artists who only have a narrow things they depict (like purely portrait artists), their style influence will also completely disappear when you stretch your prompt too far out of that comfort zone. Also, make sure you’re running your tests with —style raw and —s 0 otherwise MJs native style will influence your results a lot. This can really skew your results as well.
To be safe I’d recommend checking names with a simple “by” prompt to see what you get when you’re not even priming with “portrait” and landscape. This can tell you a bit more about the tendencies of the training.
Lawrence Poons is a strong style as “Larry Poons”
Excellent video! 💯 Thank you.
Might I suggest adding to the 'portrait' because, most of the time (ok sometimes) it shows the actual artist. That's fine, but… 🙂

Great video. While I realise the need to limit the framework for practical purposes, I feel that using only "landscape, portrait and architecture" is not going to provide a fair or realistic representation of an artist. eg, they are almost entirely unrepresentative of works by sculptors etc. Some artists are largely known for one, or none of these three categories.
Also, mentioning in every slide that these images don't look like the artist's work seems unnecessary, especially if you don't provide an example of their work so the viewer can draw their own conclusions.
Thank you so so so much ..
Your channel is my favorite, ..
God bless you 🙏💫🙏
so much care and detail was put into the presentation of these artists and the studies you made in ai. I am SUPER impressed and grateful.
I appreciate your videos very much! I also value the fact that you are generous in sharing the names and other resources intersection section .. , I watch every video that you publish with a lot of interest
Thank you for sharing all these. That was a lot of work! 👍 You have a New subscriber to your channel.
Just incredible. My new Favorite Channel! Thank you for all the information. I can't wait to dive and experiment! Subbed.
A lot of the artists that were "nothing like the original works" did better after adding weights. Not even weighted heavily compared to other elements, they did better
I love your videos, very usefull, amazing video!
Thank you for your time to put this together. I use midjourney and know how much time it takes to get the look you are after so this is super helpful and appreciated. I love your channel!
