  4. Just performed some mindful exercises such as morning cardio, reading an awesome book, a bit mediating, and then rest of my day now doing work that are considered productive for me. And… You just listed it as tip 1. Not only that's truly more motivating but very satisfying to see. To experience this journey I'm making towards my goals reminds of Lao Tzu's quote
    "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."
