   The files for Gear, Blanc and Nowa can be found in the first post of that link. Yes you need wallpaper engine, yes it cost money. To install another girl, download the Zip girl and extract the file folder to somewhere you can find. I personally use 7zip and I drag the file to my desktop. Open Neplive 2d and using the circle menu (its in the middle by default). Drag the fold of the character into the "Live 2D " folder. You will need to rename folder to match the character model name like I do at 2:15. Blancs classic model is named "classic.model.json so the you need to remade the folder to "classic" to use, or you can rename the classic.model.json to something like "blanc.model.json" and it should work as long as it's folder is called "blanc" The Noire files work the same way, but since she only has one outfit, you can just name her folder noire_normal"
