It's VERY distracting, VERY, VERY LOUD and DISTRACTING.
How on earth do you want me to listen and concentrate on what
is being said when you have that terrible noise DELIBERATLY
placed in the back-ground INTENTIONALLY to distract us or chase
us away? That noise is not needed, GET RID OF IT.
Let us hear what the speaker is saying without
that STUPID noise in the back-ground.
