Postmodernism: The Dark, Cancerous Rot of Contemporary Comic Books

A rant video, looking at two post-modern(deconstruction) comic books: Kill the Minotaur #4 and Black Hammer #13. STOP TEARING THINGS DOWN. BUILD THINGS UP. BE CREATIVE. DO SOMETHING NEW.

  1. It used to be limited to underground comics, but now it's increasingly becoming the dominant paradigm for the industry as a whole. What I find ironic is that postmodernism is being used (or postmodernism is using the minds of its hosts) to inform creative decisions, even though the philosophy's intended function is to subvert and ultimately destroy the foundations of society. Destruction through creativity: the paradox of applied leftist thought.

  2. Cigarettes in many countries have to have a label stating that they can cause cancer. I wish comics with Progressive politics would have to have a label on the front indicating that cancer as well.
