  1. Propaganda. My parents both have the gene. Both ate fats their entire lives (same diet–she cooked for him. My dad had it, years later, my mom still doesn't. What about past generations who knew nothing about diet. This disease didn't plague them…this has to have something to do with our current environment or foods. Dairy and red meat have been Staples for centuries.

  2. Walks are a waste of time. I walk 3 to 5 miles 3-5 times a week and it does almost nothing beneficially for the time and effort. You need to stress the heart and blood vessels in your workout to reap results and improve your body.

I walk a lot due to work duties.

  3. We have reached a point where it’s becoming mainstream knowledge that it's TRANS fats that are harmful not saturated fats. Eat more animals. Eat no carbs. Drink lots of water.

  4. It is so frustrating because the new idea is Ketogenics for memory. I have been doing this for the past 9 months and never felt better. I'm 56 and have a parent that has Alzheimers, and I was trying to prevent the same for me. However, after listening your talk, it is complete opposite :/

  5. Damn. I'm always confused. Some doc says you should eat this this this and don't eat that that that for health. but some doc says you should eat that that that that not this this this for health. So, I should and shouldn't eat everything at the same time.

  6. And all vegan's support child abuse and murder put in your search bar vegan baby deaths. And not eating meat causes brain damage due to the lack of omega 3s etc. Check out the optimum of vegan malnourishment. And you will see what this diet does to you.

  7. You should look at the refined carbohydrates and not saturated fats, saturated fats are not bad, get with the new science and forget the old researches. I’d refer to Dr Eric Berg’s and Thomas Delauer’s YouTube channel for information.

  8. let me tell ya one things the brain cleans itself when in deep sleep so as long as you get enough deep sleep, you are away from alzheimers

  9. Can anyone comment on the fact that I just watched a BBC documentary which said that what the data ACTUALLY shows, is that increased consumption of antioxidants correlates with a higher incidence of mortality?

  10. Very helpful videos too much pf everything is detrimental to us
today only i got to know why those person became dump despite having plethora of nutrient food in their diet because too much nutrient can save in our body in the form of free radical which eventually leads to Alzeimer's disease so we need antioxidant like the form of vitamin E so it can weeds out the free radical from our body..

So thr bottom line take heathy diet of Omega 3 fatty acid take antioxidant do exercise and use your brain give mind your challenge

  11. That thing about addiction with cashews, that is 100% correct. Many
times I don't even eat dinner because I have had too much of cashews
    that come out in morning.

  12. Please I am a ballet teacher and teach and dance 6 hours a day. !! I am fit and thin. I think I need a special diet Because I eat the good food always but I do not know the quatity of each food and how to balance them

  13. It’s not old age or genes its the harmful toxins the government and FDA put it to our food, drinks and drugs overtime these toxins chemicals build up and cause all kinds of harmful effects upon the human body

  14. I stopped eating organ meats like liver, my gosh, 25 years ago because it’s the filter of the body. And what do filters do? Yeah, I’m not eating that.

If you donate blood, that will reduce your iron levels, if your pregnant you need iron. Every situation is different. Some sat fats are liquid at body temp (like coconut, which I eat very little of and very rarely. I’m just not sold on it). I’m not really against eating saturated fats, but Americans eat WAY too much meat in general. Know why other countries are healthier? Meat isn’t the main course, it’s a flavoring or a small addition to lots of vegetables and whole grains (or no grains, if you’re any kind of keto).
Know what ruins your health? Dried fruits (sugar!), fruit juice of any kind (bought, fresh squeezed… doesn’t matter… sugar!), processed “food” (sugar!).

It’s sugar. You wannna die in some painful way? Heart disease, strokes, NAFLD, diabetes complications? Sugar!!

This has been a TEDTableTalk by me. You’re welcome

  15. The food on the shelfs have toxins, the frozen food has toxins, the fruits and vegetables have toxins no matter how organic it says it is because the air and the rain have toxins. Every thing you eat, breathe and drink has toxins. Even your detox tea.
