Webinar: Preparedness Planning for Older Adults with Cognitive Impairment (Recorded June 16, 2014)
This webinar explored areas for synergy between existing efforts to increase state preparedness focusing on older adults, especially those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. It helped participants identify key partnerships for preparedness planning, identify and discuss major issues for preparedness planning for cognitively impaired older adults in long term care, and identify and discuss major issues for preparedness planning for community living cognitively impaired diverse older populations.
