“The Stonecutter” is being posted here on YouTube in appreciation for Professor Brian Sturm’s marvelous lecture-demonstration also available on YouTube! This video is of one of my college students in a public-speaking course. The folktale, “The Stonecutter,” is also popular with ELL students whose languages are as various as the many immigrant populations I serve in New York City’s 5 boroughs.
