1. I was about to go to sleep and i just felt so connected to my dr. I haven't shifted yet and i didn't use any meathods and i didnt end up shifting because of it but it felt really nice. I felt my cc holding me and i was holding them. I loved the feeling and i wish it would've lasted forever.
