   Wow ! I love how his god is presented as being the ultimate creator. But, isn't burdened by the ultimate responsibility that goes with it. Which is a very convenient dodge to explain the basic insanity that is our reality. 🙄

Claiming to have acquired absolute knoeledge without being able to link it to satisfaction of needs of beings, specifically without even considering it necessary to link real knowledge to discovering the mathematical model how PLANTS grow as a consequence of controllable by us particle interactions inside the earth, that enable composance of bodies and deliverance in parts to already delivered beings to assemble, which process occurs billions of times every single day, is sheer arrogance at its worst.

   Note: theories of Experimental and Observational Science (E&OS), even if they tally 100% with observations and be repeatable indefinitely (which never is the case, though), don't guarentee they'd serve to satisfy needs of beings.

   Note also that this remark should not be taken as an invitation to return to religious beliefs, but the emphasis is to call the attention of E&OS to the necessity of realizing plants as the only known directly accessible creator and sustainer of all life in the entire known universe, hence the only entity, the description of whose function be the sole purpose and the only criterion of proof of absolute knowledge.

   Cosmology, physics and astronomy (any search for knowledge for that matter) unrelated to the functions of plants is sheer waste of time, efforts and public funds.

   The only known instance when physics has even remotely paid attention to plants is Newton's apple, which in practice doesn't serve in any practical way to the growth of the same, let alone targetting that process as the sole purpose of all knowledge.

   On the contrary, his work has only diverted the purpose of search for knowledge to explaining fatalistically the motions of celestial bodies as consequences of uncontrollable by us forces (practical substitutes for GOD of conventional religions).

9. Take your big bang and shove it. Real science does not exist because the science origins started wrong and is built on wrong foundations. To start with, The Sun’s hellfire motion in 27.321-day cycle wrongly assigned to the not moving, and sunlight reflecting Moon, burning western civilization 500 years of holy dumb, royally dumber, academically dumbest, Nobel dumbfuckery, classical and modern, physics and physicists, not has been and never was, gone in real time, textbooks shredded, Nobel beheaded, and PHD’S born again GED’s. 12. We do not know nearly as much about the universe as we think we do. When my grandfather was 4 all the most brilliant minds in the world gathered in London and declared man will never fly, before he died he watched the Space Shuttle take off and land numerous times.

13. But the big bang is not supported by physics and the Biblical model is accurate. To continue to make the claim the big bang is accurate when all of the math and concepts behind it are highly dubious and not supported by any physics is irresponsible and can only harm real physics. The only way the big bang could be true is if the god of Spinoza were real and impersonal as he claimed, but it just isn't possible. So sorry for your loss!
    And you, Mr. Kuhn, stop dancing around the same subject and make a decision about Jesus. Eternity depends on it. Will you confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior?

14. Interesting perspective on Science. What is missing from Science/Physics/Biology/Chemistry, and so on is the obvious presence of Life and Consciousness. Measuring the electromagnetic field and its vibrations is sufficient. There is Life in all of Reality that has to be counted for. Where is Life in Science? No where. A Science that only measures Death (Entropy) will never gain Wisdom as to the True nature of Nature!

(1:50) SL: "I think that there's a basic human desire to make sense of our world." … (Yah, I'm chiming in on this one) While science, physics, philosophy, and religion actively seek the answers to "why" the universe exists, they totally miss the bigger question: "Why is existence a 'mystery' in the first place?" The reason why the universe exists could have just as easily been obvious all along (like where sunlight comes from), but it's not! Instead, it's a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.

    – When you wake up in the morning, you know that your alarm clock was responsible.
    – When you get a flat tire, you know that the nail stuck in it was the cause.
    – When you find one of your shoes all chewed up, you know your pet was responsible.

    … But nobody seems to know why the universe exists, do they?

    The fact that the origin of the universe IS a mystery should be clueing us in as to why the universe exists – and also why we exist. Mysteries are meant to be solved, and "Existence" evolved into +8,000 humans in order to solve this mystery.
