  1. Accidentally listened to this. The biggest problem is at the end when a commercial comes on and it's not a quiet commercial either because you have to have this video up really loud so that you can hear the music in the background

  2. this is my first time experiencing guided meditation, and within the first 6 minutes i was crying. i felt so free, at peace. i never realized how tense and stressed i was until tonight.
