13. I think starting being progressively more aggressive with the deaths and dark feel to soften the blow for the baby being a player

14. While this season was still fantastic, it wasn't my favourite, and I think that's because of the introduction of the deepfake baby. As CGI as it was, as soon as the newborn was introduced, I couldn't focus on anything other than the immense stress I felt of watching a baby routinely be placed in positions of peril. It was just too high stakes for me, man.

19. I've read that the VIPs were dubbed over with English-speaking voice actors even though the actors they had were already capable of delivering their lines. Apparently, it's common for Korean studios to dub over spoken English lines for "clarity" because that's probably what Korean audiences prefer English speakers to sound like. You find a similar phenomenon in Hong Kong (British-ish English always preferred). However, I wish they had just gone with the live actors' original performances, since the dubbing really took me out of serious tone of the story. It made me really uncomfortable when the voice actors sounded like cringe anime characters who matured very little after high school.

31. Honestly, when I first saw the "billionaires" I rolled my eyes, especially with the weird dubbing and their cartoonish nature. But then it occurred to me that really of all the portrayals of billionaires in media to be cartoonishly evil, it's probably going to be the ones paying to spend their weekend killing poor people and watching the squidgames lool.

    So while they're goofier than necessary in some spots, I also atleast buy that these moustache twirling morons are the kind of people who would indeed pay big money to watch people die and kill people.

33. Yeah I knew the old lady would not go on without her son. What would she have to live for? Her reason for being there was to help him. I know people call the son a coward and stuff but he was just a softie who got taken advantage of one to many times and ended up in a horrible position. He's only human. We say men should have shiny spines but that's unrealistic. Men can get taken advantage of, they can make mistakes, they can fail and they can get scared sh!tless and behave cowardly. At the end they had tragic fates.
