Learn to meditate in ten minutes a day with the Headspace app. Each day, it delivers a new guided meditation based on teachings that Andy Puddicombe, Co-founder of Headspace, learned during the ten years he spent studying meditation and mindfulness in monasteries across Asia.
The first series, Basics, is completely free and teaches the basics of meditation and mindfulness. After that, via subscription, Headspace offers hundreds of hours of original content tailored to the specific needs of each user. Themed meditation packs are supported by a host of content, including animations, articles and videos in the playful, quirky style that makes Headspace instantly recognizable. Along with daily meditations, Headspace also offers On-The-Go exercises for users short on time and SOS sessions to support subscribers in those meltdown moments.

Nice
Ok quarantine problem of walking solved ..put a treadmill on my balcony and listening nature sound music
This bring attention free from disease
Walking outside each day is a medicine for me… My father (he’s 81 and still really healthy) has always taught me to go outside, to play, to do sports… My mother gave me the love of animals and nature… So each day, I honour these values, these gifts that help me soothe a lot of anxiety and to be calm and happy. So I’m gonna go for a walk right now!! 😀 Good walk to everyone here, and patience for those who are sick, ill or in quarantine! Visualization could be a great tool for you! 🚶🏽♀️ 🚶🏼♂️ ☀️🌱🌷🥰

Lol cmon guys … bad timing
A great one for after the lockdown. But… If you do venture out for your allotted amount of daily exercise…
Remember, only a fool breaks the 2 meter rule! Stay safe. Stay home 💕
Does walking around the diner table count?
Not a good time to encourage walks, pls respect the quarentine
