Famateq | Modular Neural Sorting System
This technical animation based on 3D CAD models shows the functional working of the sorting machine. Vision sensor for scanning is connected to a neural network so that the machine is intelligent and self learning. It is called A.I. which stand for Artificial Intelligence. And that makes that this sorting system is more then a ‘standard’ vision system. It’s real smart. This technical animation shows that the machine is also a modular system, so that it can grow with your business or sorting capacity. For super fast handling it is equipped with modern robots which critical parts are made from titanium. That is not only to increase speed and precision but also it is better for food safety in case of a failure. Instead of carbon fiber arms the titanium arms does scatter. They only deform. All this cutting edge, smart technology is equipped in a well designed covering and build on a modular platform. So there is no need saw holes in the floor. Outfeed conveyors can be simply set under the platform. it’s very flexible. All this features makes the sorter a feature ready machine.
