The Creative Penn
How can authors use AI writing tools like GPT-3? What’s the best way to prompt the models to output usable text? Are there copyright issues with this approach?
Author Paul Bellow explains how he is using the tools and how authors need to embrace the possibilities rather than reject them.
In the intro, I talk about getting access to the Open AI GPT-3 beta shortly after interviewing Paul and how I used ideas from this interview to generate prompts, plus my thoughts on the tool.

This was really a great episode… I love to see how you and all the people you work with are coming up with solutions to the problems that AI brings, yet still promoting it, because it can help us in the long run… Thanks for being the spear head in this… π
Thanks for the video!
Loved it, but where can someone get access to these tools? The lit rpg adventure website is down. π
Call me when it can write poorly translated NES games π
Too many ads… canβt almost enjoy your great content
Skynet is around the corner.
Thank you for speaking Paul!
Such a great episode, really fascinating but the ads were out of control with one every 30 seconds- one minute so it became really difficult to follow the conversation and the interview seemed to end unexpectedly so I'm not sure what happened. I'm a huge fan of yours and was a patron until the pandemic started but the ads just became unbearable, especially all the Jimmy Saville ones. You are usually where I go to refill the creative well and to feel uplifted.
Paul is a gem. What a great episode.
