Why is it so hard to find your Channel love your videos❤
bro you're actually crazy wise. what do u think about substances? personally i think shrooms and cannabis allow you to gain control over your own mind, but i wanna know what you think about them
Watched this video with 222 likes!!!
I remember in school some teacher told me the first person that tried to make a refrigerator but ended up creating a microwave that was very interesting to me how everything we see was created from uncertainty and predictability
Predictability und uncertainty is how reality came in to form🤔
I love your channel it makes me so much less depressed.
your channel is just awesome. May i ask how old you are and whats your occupation?
"someone can hack into your back account and take all $100 you own"
oof bro didnt have to go there
13:44 I feel personally attacked
I love your videos! Appreciate you
Hey man, cool channel, love to listen to your view on things. Since I have a degree in physics, I have to add some points to the topic 😀
1) You stated, that logic is connected to our 3D realm and that we cannot understand things outside of three dimensions, because it escapes our logic. I would counter it, because first of all you need a logic (any type of logic) to meaningfully describe anything. Otherwise, at least we as human beings, cannot make sense of it, or better, it's not a real explanation without being logical. Logic itself is a form of assigning truth values to statements, connections between statements and implications. This results further down the line in mathematics, which in return gives us a system (I would argue THE SYSTEM) to describe dimensionality. In the broadest sense a dimension is a range of possible values or representations. (A value is just an abstract representation kinda). It gives us also tools to deduct or describe higher dimensional structures, which can be done. If it can be done in a way that exhausts all possibility, we cannot know. But the important thing is: we can build intuition about what CAN happen higher dimensions than 3.
2) The nature of quantum physics can be described as being probabilistic. That is the common interpretation of QM, but the important thing is, that it is not random like ANYTHING can happen. There is a pretty discrete set of possible outcomes to any experiment or interaction. Even if it can be only determined by using exotic concepts as for example imaginary numbers, the important part is: it can be described. That means there exists a representation of the process or interaction in our human brain. We might not know exactly what happens, but you could argue, that asking for this 'exactly' is just the wrong question, because we already got a precise representation. We just have difficulties interpreting this representation in our everyday catalog of experiences. So I would argue, even if we just assign probabilities and see gaussian curves, we know exactly what is happening, because we can exclude infinite impossible scenarios. After all, physics does not answer the question why, it answers the question how?
3) Which brings me to the next point: Can there be something impossible or illogical? You argued, that every fiction is in fact true or real in some realm and I cannot prove the contrary. I can just argue, that it seems like only logical things or 'mathematical things' are allowed to happen. I cannot spontaneously break physical laws in this universe. We don't know, if this reality is just confined to three spatial dimensions plus time or if there are potentially more. Maybe paradoxes exist, because we haven't resolved them yet, meaning we haven't expanded our mind far enough to see how it makes sense. But it's hard to imagine realms, where actually contradictions are true, or equivalent nonsensical concepts. Intuitively from all that mathematics suggests, there has to be some type of logical relief somewhere. Or maybe it's just my hope, so that we don't fall for the glitch of deducting something false and everything after is by necessity true…. which would be a funny glitch
some side remarks: you have the same speaking cadence as Terence McKenna, are you related to him or just took the equivalent mushroom dose? 😀 I sometimes feel like getting in the McKenna talking mode, after doing an intense period of psilocybin experiments, but I also listened to hundreds of hours of his talks. But for you it seems so natural. Thanks for posting thought provoking content ma man! Much appreciated.
Makes me think of the idea that we COULD be immortal, and this is OUR universe, like from your personal perspective, you exist in your own universe.
For example, imagine that every time your could die, the potential for you to live happens instead. You exist in the one out of infinity universe that you cheat death, and you observing others die, well, that's just where your universe intersects with the potential for someone to die in their universe. Infinite parallel worlds or something.
Have you ever heard of quantum decoherence?
All 100 dollars. Aaaaall 100 dollars!
May i know what have you studied, which field? Im amazed by your knowledge
It's not the reality that is affected it's our perspective that's affected. The superposition you speak of is in the mind and not the reality manifested but again this is all unfalsifiable so neither true nor false so we can only discuss but never actually know.
Write a script my dude
My whole thing is, after death will I remember myself. I want to remember myself, am I too attached to this world?
Your videos are like all my daily thoughts into one video that’s explaining it for me. Please don’t stop making these 🙌🏾
❤🙏🏼
Good video brother.
If you can imagine it, it is already here and yours. Where is imagination? Or is it right here? Right ‘now’?
Are you familiar with Donald Huffman's idea of consciousness?
If you Google:Stony Brooke Laser teaching Center you will find information about how scientists have designed detectors to use in the double slit experiment that can have no possible effect on the wave function but when they use them they get exactly the same results as they get with any other detector
god damn love ur channel
8:25 after a heroic dose by accident my first time of pshycdelics, 2 years ago, I went where you're talking about, I've had ten subsequent trips to process the first one
when they say, "we're all one" i used to think that we have some kind of "collective consciousness" group communication/unity. i increasingly believe in something more solipsistic, that all reality is perceived and know through "the observer" and it all is the same consciousness, in the same way everything on screen in coming from the same video game console, in a video game, and the player is just one of those elements.
i sometimes entertain the idea that there is only one true player at any given time, otherwise why would myths about "the one" be so prevalent, and resonate so deeply, we can't all be "the one" there is only one
It's counter-space, the void….it's the bomb before it explodes…
Wheres my house at?
Fully agree. It’s a proportional inversion of consciousness where the experience transitions from being all of you being in all that is to all that is having been all of you that you were now returned to being all that is. 🤷♂️ Like if one imagines their lives ‘ moments as frames along a filmstrip, one moves into the infinite other frames.😅
the $100 joke was outta pocket
Certainty removes the possibility of free will and choice. We see uncertainty at all levels of existence and often find it disconcerting, but this ignorance is the standout feature of human consciousness. A consciousness that has become so enlightened as to remove all uncertainty also no longer has a choice or free will, and thus has no self. It sees that the world and the individual are the same but only appear different due to shifts in perspective. For those more grounded in physics, an object moving near light speed sees the world quite differently than a standstill observer, and yet both views are forced to reconcile with each other to avoid paradoxes. One world, one viewer, but many dramatically different perspectives.
Once the viewer shifts their perspective enough to reach a godhead-like level of consciousness, it will desire to see itself from a perspective of ignorance again and the delusion of free will. And so the cycle repeats indefinitely. The purpose of this cycle is true nothingness which is why it causes discomfort and the desire to create meaning for something that is inherently meaningless. The world doesn't know why it exists. It simply does and passes the whole of eternity looking at itself from different angles.
