If the nur is a normal physical ray then the ruh/angel is simply physical object in different state? <br />Up to now as far as I know we don't have a certain answer to this question!. The Aether Quantum Dynamic Theory suggests that "consciousness" which has connection with ruh is originated from an essence called "aether" which is a composite to physical matter in forming observable universal matter.
