The last that I heard was that the passports in question are not legal U.S. Passports. They are some type of online passports that anyone can purchase but do not comply with laws/regulations that govern legal passports.

I just can’t believe the court allow him to keep coming back year after year after year. He obviously has some weird kind of issue that makes him obsessed about always having to be in court. It’s weird kind of way to get the attention he obviously did not receive as a child. I just don’t believe the courts cannot do anything about this.

There are people on transplant lists who could use his heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, etc.
Who actually owns a passport? The issuing country? Or the person in whose name it was issued?
Metro may have probable cause, or are asking another agency check the validity of the passports. But they must respond and/or show cause why they have not responded. All that being said, Mr. Blandino is sketchy.

How much more time and money is THE COURT and THE STATE and LAW ENFORCEMENT going to waste? You all act like this man is to blame because he wants his property back and refuses to let you tromp all over his rights like you do to everyone else. DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND RETURN HIS PROPERTY! Or enforce court orders on law enforcement like you do for everyone else!!! Further, it’s disgusting how friendly and nice you are to each other while you are rude and condescending to him.
