12. I want to thank you for helping me feel joy in a difficult time for me. I absolutely love the twinkly sound your songs have. It definitely gives your work its own feel. That said, the bit of heavy guitar you worked in around 3:18 was a nice counterbalance.

    When I was in my teens I mostly just listened to various types of metal: 80's thrash, modern thrash, power metal, speed metal. Eventually I found progressive metal which opened up a whole new world for me, including instrumental music. Point being, I've learned to appreciate music that alternates between heavy and chill. Metal with nothing but chugging and screaming loses its oomph after a while, and light, happy music without a bit of power kind of loses its meaning. Alternating back and forth, or even just adding a bit of the opposite sound really rounds out the piece and makes it feel whole. I super appreciate musicians (composers?) like you for making music like that, it really brings me so much joy.

    Thank you for helping a heartbroken man to feel happy again. It's a very pure happiness, unrelated to booze or games or distracting work, my vices recently.

    I listened to this song while on a walk at sunset after work in beautiful weather (I live in Orlando, it's 73F rn in January), and I teared up just from the beauty of everything.

    I don't need her to be happy. Thank you for reminding me that.
